Crabbie’s Mulled Spiced Summer Collins

INGREDIENTS:

35ml Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine

25ml Vodka

20ml strawberry puree

1/2 lemon

Cubed ice

 

GARNISH:

Sprig of mint

½ lemon

 

GLASSWARE: Long glass

 

METHOD:

Squeeze half a lemon into the base of a long glass. Fill with cubed ice and add 35ml Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine, 25ml Vodka and 20ml strawberry puree. Stir well and garnish.
