Crabbie’s Ginger & Calvados Sour

INGREDIENTS:

35ml Crabbie’s Green Ginger Wine

35ml Calvados

25ml Lemon Juice

3 dashes of Orange Bitters

12.5ml Gomme

½ Egg white

Cubed ice

 

GLASSWARE:

Rocks glass

 

METHOD:

Add 35ml Calvados, 35ml Crabbie’s Green Ginger Wine, 25ml Lemon Juice, 3 dashes of Orange Bitters, 12.5ml Gomme, & the white of ½ egg to a chilled Boston shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with cubed ice.
