
Crabbie’s Ginger & Basil Collins
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Crabbie’s Green Ginger Wine
4 lemon wedges
5 basil leaves
Soda water
Cubed & crushed Ice
GARNISH:
Fresh sprig of basil
GLASSWARE: Rocks glass
METHOD:
Squeeze 4 lemon wedges into the base of a rocks glass. Add 5 basil leaves & 50ml Crabbie’s Green Ginger Wine. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water. Stir and garnish with a fresh sprig of basil and a short straw.
