25ml Campari
25ml Whitley Neill Gin
Cubed ice
GARNISH:
Clementine wedge

METHOD:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add 25ml Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine, 25ml Campari, 25ml Whitley Neill Gin. Stir and garnish with a burnt clementine wedge.
