Make Time For Tradition

John Crabbie Bronze Bust

The good things in life take time. That’s just the way it is. When John Crabbie discovered the perfect recipe for Green Ginger Wine back in 1801, it was steeped in ginger for up to 8 long weeks and blended with citrus, herbs and spices. And it’s exactly the same today.

At Crabbie’s we do things by the book. We still carefully select ginger from the Far East just as the first Scots Merchant Adventurers did all those years ago. Back then, the Adventurers used elephants as their transport when abroad, which explains our elephant trademark that you can see today on every bottle of Crabbie’s. Sometimes the old ways are the best. It may be a fast moving world, but there’s still room for things that are best measured by a calendar rather than a stopwatch. Crabbie’s for one. Make Time for Tradition.
